The First Post Of Many! (Hopefully)

     Hello everyone! I'm ASH and I'll be the person that will be writing these posts! I don't have much experience doing a blog, so I hope everyone will bare with me on this journey. This blog will be used for my writing and personal posts as well. I'll be posting poems, short stories, and hopefully some little bits about the book that I want to write. Along with a myriad of other things too! Such as things from my personal life, writing about games I play, or books I'm reading/read! 

    I would like to make this blog semi-serious, because I want to progress my writing skills. However I'm not always a semi-serious personal myself and find it boring if I have to do it all the time. So I won't! It is my blog after all and I'm going to make sure I have fun doing it too! As a lot of people know, if you're not having fun doing something, then you shouldn't be doing it. You only live once and you sure make the best of it! Unless it is working. We sadly have to work at jobs that aren't very fun at times to make that money for a decent life. 

    I plan on writing a post of a poem or something short once a week. I'll try to do a short story once every one or two months. Then I'll do personal posts here or there whenever I feel that I have something worth while to share. I'll try my very best to be active, but I can't always guarantee it, because life happens. With that though I will say this. This weekend, June 17-18 2023, I'll be posting all of my older work that I have saved. So nothing new will be posted this week. I believe next week I'll try to post my prologue of my story, I have to type it out and revise it a bit, and that will be what I post for that week. No one but another person and I have seen it, so I hope you guys will enjoy! I won't give many updates on the book due to it still being a work in progress, but I can offer you this and a possible short summary of what I want to achieve in the story!

     I will say one other thing as well before I go. When I post my work I do not plan to explain about it after making it, at least not in depth. I'll possibly give a brief explanation on something or share the prompt that I used to inspire my writing. I don't want to give a synopsis of my work for you all though. I want people to read it and take what they see out of it for themselves. 

    I believe that wraps everything up for me on this post! I thank you for reading this far and taking the time to do so! It truly means a lot to me! I hope people will come back to see my work, but if they don't that's okay too. Regardless I hope everyone has a wonderful day/night and I thank you all so very much for your time!
