There is now a buzz of noise,
When all was silent only months ago.
The ground has shifted from brown,
To a growing green.
The trees awaken once more,
Their leaves begin to bud.
The blossoms that have slept down in the ground,
Have once again greeted the blazing sun.
Birds have come back north,
They have started to create new life all around.
Squirrels are running amuck,
Enjoying the fresh dew.
The days have become longer,
And the sun begins to thaw the freezing wind.
Spring is back into the swing of things,
And sprung back life into this frozen wasteland land.
